Mercedes SL has a beautiful structure, no doubt about that, but since its launch many tuners tried their bests to ruin it by making hideous bodykits. However, Italian design master, Studiotorino, has something else in mind for this latest generation SL.

What they’ve actually done is taking the retractable hard top away, and designing a new classic roof for it. The result is undeniably Ferrari look alike, but it is strangely attractive! This roof job of course had an effect on the rear compartment where again there is an old Ferrari theme. The whole idea of turning a modern Mercedes to a classic Ferrari is ridiculous, but we like Coupetorino!
