The new Volvo C30 1.6D DRIVe is a great achievement by the Swedish car manufacturer in terms of economy and environment concerns. But inevitably, they had to compromise on power. Now the tuner HEICO SPORTIV is starting a new individualization program for the car in which they want to retain its eco-friendly features but give it more power and character and appeal!
So with their optimizations implemented on the engine, the power has gone up from 80 kW/109 bhp with 24 nm of torque standard to 92 kW/125 bhp with torque of 280 nm. This increase in hp results in 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 9.2 seconds which is 2.1 seconds faster than the standard model. The car is also capable of 200 km/h top speed.
HEICO also improves the looks of C30 by adding a new front spoiler, rear valence which mimics the front spoiler’s laterally arranged air vents, rear wing, four stainless steel tailpipes and VOLUTION rims available in 18 or 19-inch with exclusive five and ten spoke design and various colors.
Other features of HEICO Volvo C30 DRIVe include differential lock for superior traction, sport suspension for lowering the vehicle by 30 mm, 4-cylinder sport brake system for maximum deceleration and a range of interior applications in aluminum or leather – such as the door pin set, shift stick grip, parking brake handle, pedal set and foot rest. The car also has a price tag of 29,900 Euros.
