Video: Porsche Boxster Spyder driving footage

At 2009 LA Autoshow, Porsche unveiled the new stripped out and tarted up version of the Boxster, called the Spyder. This car is a bit less heavy and a bit more powerful than the regular Boxster, but apparently these small tweaks have a great impact as Porsche says that the Spyder is the purest form mid-engine sports cars! The car weights 2811 lbs and has 320hp which means it can do 0 to 60mph in 4.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 166mph. Here’s a nice of video of the car driving around in Sunday morning! We don;t like the roof, but gotta say, the Carrera-GT inspired back-end is cool.
