Nissan already released new editions of the Juke crossover, the car that enjoyed a great success instantly after launch. The new models are called the 16GT and 16GT FOUR (4-wheel-drive) but you can’t have them unless you live in Japan because they are exclusive to the JDM. According to Nissan, the 16GT Juke offers sportier driving feel than non-turbo models.

Nissan JUKE 16GT/16GT FOUR grades are equipped with a newly developed 1.6-liter engine (MR16DDT), along with Xtronic CVT™ with 6-speed manual shift mode. These powertrain offers same sort of performance as a 2.5-liter engine while being much more economical. 140kW (190PS)/5600rpm and maximum torque of 240N?m (24.5kg f?m)/2000-5200 rpm – producing power that lasts through the high rpm range, while generating strong torque from low engine rpm.

The JUKE 16GT FOUR (4WD) features ALL MODE 4x4i with a newly developed torque vectoring system, an advanced version of ALL MODE 4x4i.

Other features of these grades include 17-inch tires and aluminum-alloy wheels. In addition, a rear multi-link suspension is adopted for the 16GT FOUR for improved road holding, fulfilling the potential of the MR16DDT engine and ALL MODE 4x4i with torque vectoring system for an even higher level of sporty and exhilarating driving.

Nissan JUKE 16GT/16GT FOUR is available in eight colors, including a special Steel Blue Metallic, adopted specially for 16GT series. Prices is set at 2,189,250 yen for the 16 GT and 2,451,750 yen for the 16GT FOUR.
