A few days ago we told you about the new Renault Megane RS 265 Trophy setting a blistering lap time at the Nurburgring, breaking the record for front-wheel-drive cars. Here’s a video of the record-breaking run. The car performed brilliantly in the hands of Renault’s development driver Laurent Hurgon and managed a time of 8 minutes 8 seconds. This is going to be a great selling point for the new Megane RS. It will raise the bar for hot hatchbacks.
