Wow he must have become really fed up with people parking in bike lanes! So he decide to punish one of the offenders, in such a way that others take notice. Arturas Zuokas, the Mayor of the Lithuanian city of Vilnus, used a military armored personnel carrier and drove right over the car. Ouch! He could have towed the car to the impounds, but this treatment will certainly be more effective. This is the kind of politician I like. Wonder what he would be like as a president!
