We had numerous reports suggesting Lexus has ditched plans for an LFA Roadster. But a version of it made a surprise appearance at the Japanese D1GP drifting event in Tokyo just yesterday.
And it’s not the concept version from a couple of years ago. It is a full-on drop-top Lexus LFA with a nicely designed roll bar and everything. And boy does it look good. Lexus is yet to comment to on this. If they finally get around making this car, there will only one problem with it: the price tag. With the coupe LFA going for about $400K a pop, the roadster could very well be on the half a million border.
