Already ABT reveals a tuning plan for the new Audi A3, revealed not a week ago at the Geneva Motor Show. The ABT AS3 gets the tuner’s typical styling cues such as the unique grille and rear diffuser. It’s not that ostentatious though, as ABT kits usually tend to be. It looks good.

The body kit includes a revised front bumper with a spoiler lip and new air intakes, the massive ABT grille, new side skirts, a rear diffuser and four new tailpipes, plus a new roof spoiler. ABT recommends their DR light alloy wheels for this car, available in 18 and 19-inch.

The wheels look great inside the fenders thanks to the coilover suspension kit used for the car that lower the ride height. Inside the wheels you find 345 mm brake discs.

The upgraded suspension and brakes are in accordance with the engine tuning programs ABT has in mind. The 2.0-litre turbodiesel is boosted from 170 hp (125 kW) to 200 hp (147 kW), and the 2.0-litre TFSI petrol from 200 hp (147 kW) to 250 hp (184 kW).
