A Volvo hatchback is not the kind of car you would find Jay Leno in, unless it’s a super special Polestar Volvo C30. Polestar is Volvo’s tuning and motorsport arm. Sometime back in 2009 they decided to showcase their capabilities by creating this lightning blue C30, powered by a 2.5-liter T5 turbo five-cylinder engine developing 450 horsepower. It’s just a pity they never got around making it as a produciton model, even though everyone in the media told them to do so.

Maybe Jay Leno can convince Volvo officials to make this thing. Let’s see what he thinks of the car:
