Way to promote a car’s solid doors! This is one of those ads which reminds us why Volkswagen is still the best when it comes to car commercials. Because of this Passat spot, we were starting to doubt them, but they have not lost their touch. This commercial is titled ‘Door Thunk’ and there’s a clue. The new VW Jetta, apparently, has such solid doors that each time you close them, trees get shaken.

This ad continues VW’s new campaign emphasizing on the “Power of German Engineering” to promote their products. The German car maker has always been renowned for the super quality, even though Consumer Reports didn’t show the new Jetta much love when it was launched.
