Chevrolet UK announced pricing of the new Station Wagon version of the Cruze ahead of its launch in the British market this autumn. The Cruze Wagon is priced from £15,375. It comes with three engines and three trim levels, but the most important thing you need to know about it is that it offers up to 1,478 litres of load space.

The engines include a 1.6-litre 124PS petrol, a 1.8-litre 141PS petrol Auto or a 1.7-litre 130PS diesel engines producing 119g/km of CO₂.

The basic LS model can only be had with the 1.6 unit, and comes with standard features such as air conditioning, follow-me-home headlamps, electrically heated and adjustable door mirrors, front electric windows with ‘express down’ facility, roof rails rear and boot 12v power sockets, cargo restraint hooks, remote central door locking, electronic boot release, ESC and traction control.

So it’s pretty well-equipped. The LT trim level, which can be had with any of the three engines, adds leather steering wheel and gear knob, front fog lamps, rear parking distance sensors, cruise control, electric rear windows and 16-inch alloy wheels.

Then we have the top pf the line LTZ NAV model, which can only be had with the 130 PS diesel engine. It gets a seven-inch colour display screen, sat nav, Bluetooth, rain-sensing wipers, an electrochromatic self-dipping mirror, automatic lighting control, rear parking sensors with rear view camera, electronic climate control and 17-inch alloys.
