Turns out it’s brilliant. This is a car with 557 horsepower, five seats, a luxurious cabin, a very large boot, and speed beyond your wildest dreams. What’s not to love.

Negatives? Well, it costs a lot of money. And it’s going to be costly to run. That AMG V8 drinks petrol like its wine, the rear tires won’t last long if you are not careful with the loud pedal, and it’s not exactly cheap to insure. But considering what this car offers, it’s kind of worth it.

The CLS63 AMG Shooting Brake features the AMG 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine with a power output range of from 386 kW (525 hp) to 410 kW (557 hp), the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission and the AMG RIDE CONTROL sports suspension. It also offers up to 1550 litres of space.
