ARK Performance’s lineup of tricked-out Hyundai at this year’s SEMA show is very interesting. They’ve already shown us their Genesis Coupe R-Spec, no check out what they have in mind for Hyundai Veloster. The Veloster Alpine is designed with a winter sports lifestyle theme, and is painted accordingly.
There are endless modifications on the interior as well as exterior, but what we’re more interested in is the engine. ARK has tuned the 1.6 liter Turbo engine of the Veloster using ARK Performance DTS exhaust system, K&N intake System, Nitrous Express Proton Kit, ARK Oil Cooler, and BTRcc custom engine bay parts. As a result it now makes 232 horsepower and 240 lb.-ft. of torque.
To cope with that power they’ve fitted the car with uprated coilover suspension system, bigger brakes, strut bars, Rays Gramlight 57Xtreme wheels and Nitto tires.
As for the interior, the car gets a package from JPM Coachworks, including custom Sseats, instrument panel, shift knob and boot, armrest, headliner, visors and steering wheel. On the outside you get a custom ARK body kit with sports bumpers, side skirts, rear wing, fenders, as well as rally wing, custom lights, carbon hood and decklid, and front and rear tow hooks.
