Restoring iconic classic cars is a Jay Leno’s biggest hubby. Here’s one of the nicest cars he’s built, based on a 1924 3.0 liter Bentley. Well, it’s a 3.0 liter chassis, but Jay has fitted an 8.0 liter engine from the big saloon car of era into it. And that 8.0 liter engine has two turbochargers!

The amount work that has gone into this engine is just incredible, but the way Jay talks about is, he’s definitely enjoyed every second of it. What he ended up with is a proper British hot rod, with 400-something horsepower and over 800 Nm of torque.

Driving this thing is kind of similar to piloting a World War II fighter aircraft, what with all the dials and knobs scattered all over the dash, but you can tell Jay would rather drive this all day than any modern car.
