Magnat, a brand from AUDIOVOX, has picked a Chevrolet Camaro as the base for their new audio show car. This is a car they use to showcase their latest technologies and products for in-car entertainment. For the sake of the show, the Camaro itself is also tuned.

The Magant Camaro is based on the Euro-spec Camaro SS, powered by the big V8 engine, onto which they have installed a new ECU program, air induction and a stainless steel exhaust system from Wimmer. The result is 451 hp and has a maximum torque of 596 Nm, and a top speed of 274 km/h.

One of the main visual highlights of the car is the Oxigin in 10×22 inches wheels with Advan Sport tires. They are complemented with height adjustable KW coilover suspension.

One of the areas that this car can be used as an example to improve normal Camaros is the interior. The standard car has a cheap plasticy cabin, but Magnat’s version is fitted with high quality leather and Alcantara. It looks really good.

As for the sound system, the car gets the Audiovox VME 9520NAV, with its extensive equipment, such as navigation, Bluetooth hands-free system, iPod / iPhone control, DVD and linkage to the steering wheel remote control. It works in tandem with a Magnat 4400Watt system, consisting of 2-way component front system, coaxial rear system, 2x 30cm subwoofer and digital amplifiers.
