Autocar’s Steve Sutcliffe restages a classic British battle between Jaguar and Aston Martin by pitting two of their finest GT/sports cars against each other. What we have here is the latest version of Aston Martin V8 Vantage, and the new Jaguar XKR-S Convertible. The Jag is more powerful, but it’s also heavier (550 PS – 1,800 kg), while the Aston is more compact and lighter on its feet (420 PS – 1,600 kg). This is a good one.
