In addition to the new CLA-Class, Mercedes today also announced the official pricing of the latest iteration of its high-performance executive sedan, the E63 AMG. The fabulously powerful and subtly beautiful saloon in priced at €103,054 incl. VAT.

That is the price for the entry-level E63 with no optional extra on it. As you know the car will also get an estate and a super fast S-Model version as well. But even the basic E63 is a mighty bit of kit, powered by a 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8 engine developing 410 kW (557 hp) and 720 Nm. And don’t worry about it looking weird in the pictures. It looks fine in the flesh.

Another Mercedes Benz getting its price tag for the new model is the latest CLS 63 AMG, which comes in two sedan and shooting brake variants. Both are powered by the exact same engine as the E63, and have pretty much the same underpinnings as well. The entry-level price for the new CLS 63 AMG Coupé starts at €116,203.50 incl. VAT, while the CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake is available from €117,512.50.
