Koenigsegg marks the production of its 100th car in its 10th anniversary with the Agera R Hundra Edition. In addition to this million-dollar hyper car that features 24K gold detailing inside and out, they have also made a book, containing the exclusive pictures, and the story of how the Swedish car maker started from nothing and arrived at the top of hyper car mountain, as the company’s CEO Christian von Koenigsegg explains in this video.

Even though each Koenigsegg is different in the way it looks and the way the interior trim is put together, they all share the same chassis and engine. And what an engine it is. The twin-turbo flex-fuel V8 engine in the Hundra makes 1,030 horsepower, which is enough for a top speed of 420 km/h. 100 km/h is achieved from standing still in 2.8 seconds.
