Following the High Country Edition, Chevrolet now announces the Texas Edition of the Silverado in honor of the the truck-loving state. Available as a package for the LT and LTZ trims, the Texas Edition Silverado comes with exclusive visual features and enhanced specifications.

The main highlights of the Texan Silverado include body-colored trims, 20-inch polished wheels, locking rear differential, and trailering package for the LT, in addition to more chrome detailing and a Bose audio system on the LTZ. Both models also get a couple of Texas Edition badges as a sign of exclusivity.

To be sold only in Texas, this edition of the Silverado can be had with either the new 4.3 liter V6 or a 5.3 liter V8 engine.
