Nissan announced the launch of the 2014-spec 370Z Nismo in America this summer with a couple of light styling updates that make it look more similar to the Juke Nismo. The Japanese company wants a unified and distinctive look for its product, which is why they are sharing the same details.

The 370Z Nismo now comes with Dark Grey finish for the front and rear fascias (with anew chin spoiler at the front), lower side sills, side mirrors and NISMO rear spoiler, garnished with NISMO-style red pinstripe accents. There is also a new Solid Red replacing the previous Magma Red exterior color. The brake calipers are also red.

The interior of the 2014 Nismo 370Z features a new steering wheel with Alcantara appointments and red accents, and a red NISMO tachometer.

Performance-wise, you get a tweaked version of Nissan’s FM 3.7-liter DOHC V6 engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift Control (VVEL) rated at 350 hp @ 7,400 rpm and 276 lb-ft of torque @ 5,200 rpm.

The Nismo also benefits from an exclusive H-configured exhaust system, sport tuned suspension with double wishbone at the front and a 4 link setup at the back, and  unique super-lightweight forged alloy wheels measuring 19×9.5-inch front, 19×10.5-inch rear. They are wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S001 Y-rated high-performance tires.
