There is no shortage of aftermarket kits and accessories by which you can customize and improve the looks and performance of your Mercedes SLS AMG. Only a few of such kits stand out, and this new effort by MEC Design seems like it does fit the bill rather well.

The Mercedes SLS Roadster by MEC Design features a full body kit consisting of a front bumper insert with a one piece spoiler in carbon and LED lights; revised rear bumper with a Black Series style diffuser unit – also available in MEC’s own “Extreme”, “Formula” and “GT3” models; side skirts with LED lighting; and rear spoiler, also available in carbon finish.

Changes made to this SLS are more than just skin deep, as you also get a set of MEC Dsign sport springs with fine-line setup, and their mecxtreme3 “Best Solution” wheels in size 10.5 × 20 with 275/30 ZR 20 tires up front, and 11,5 x21 with 295/25 ZR 21 tires out back. Other wheel/tire combinations are available upon request.

Other optional accessories you can order include carbon fiber mirror caps, Alcantara trimmed trunk, special leather-edged floor mats, a full carbon fiber interior treatment – including center console, door panels, door frames, door sills and rear compartment between the seats – and finally an MEC carbon and Alcantara sports steering wheel.
