Hennessey Performance released a video of their upgraded SRT Viper GTS, codenamed 700R hence the amount of horsepower it makes, doing some acceleration runs. This should give you a good idea of how a light upgrade – light by Hennessey’s standard – affects the car’s performance.
According to the tuner’s data, Hennessey SRT Viper GTS 700R makes 705 hp and over 695 lb-ft of torque. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds; does the quarter-mile in 10.7 @134 mph; and reaches a top speed of 216 mph.
