Porsche released this teaser picture to officially announce the debut of its new and highly anticipated crossover vehicle, the Macan, at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show. Porsche Macan is the automaker’s fifth model line and it is set to rival the likes of Range Rover Evoque.

Los Angeles is Porsche’s most important market with 17 percent of all cars sold in the U.S. So they are breaking out the big guns this year, bringing along the latest and most amazing production models, including the 918 hyper car.

Making its North American debut in production trim, the Porsche 918 Spyder offers an unprecedented combination of performance by combining the 887-hp output of a super sports car and the virtually silent propulsion of an electric vehicle. With a o to 60 mph time of 2.8 seconds, and fuel consumption on the par with a Toyota Prius, the 918 is definitely a show stopper.

Porsche’s lineup will also include the 911 Turbo Cabriolet and 911 Turbo S Cabriolet, drop-top versions of the extraordinarily powerful 991 Turbo which accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.3 and 3.1 seconds respectively, reaching a top track speed of up to 195 mph, and the Porsche Panamera Turbo S and Panamera Turbo S Executive models, boasting 570 horsepower and a top speed of 192 mph.
