Given the rarity and the price of the McLaren P1 hyper car, we really didn’t expect it to hit the tuning scene so soon and in such great number. A lot of tuners have announced their upgrade program for the P1, and some like Gemballa have actually got busy and made some changes to it already. And here’s what the German tuner Wheelsandmore has to offer for this stunning British machine.
Just like Gemballa’s P1, this McLaren P1 by Wheelsandmore only gets a set of wheels. Not even the Germans are quite confident enough to start messing with a million Euro hyper car. The wheels they have chosen for the P1 are quite special though, and match the two-tone paint finish of this particular P1 very well.
To complement the white and carbon look of the P1, Wheelsandmore decided to go with a set of F.I.W.E wheels finished in white with carbon fiber tube. They measure 20-inch up front and 21-inch out back. Despite the size though, they are incredibly lightweight and won’t upset the car’s spot on dynamics. The wheels also have a nice center-lock design that look really cool.
Wheelsandmore says they will only reveal the cost of this set to serious customers upon request. We reckon they cost as much as a fine four-door sedan.
