A three-door version of the modern Range Rover, Sport or Vouge, has always been a hugely appealing prospect. That is one of the reasons they came up with the three-door Evoque. But that is, apparently, not enough, as tuners keep making conversion kits to turn they favorite Rangie into a coupe.

That latest effort is by a British tuner called Bulgari Design, and they’ve picked a new Range Rover Sport for this treatment. Now, the proper way of going about making a Range Rover Sport Coupe is to remove the rear doors, and then sort of make the front ones longer to compensate.

Bulgari has done the first bit, but couldn’t be bothered modifying the front doors. So they ended up with something that looks a bit, well, odd. Besides the door treatment, Bulgari’s Range Rover Sport Coupe also features a nice styling kit including revised bumpers, a sports grille, flared wheel arches, side skirts, rear apron and blacked-out roof, pillars and mirror caps.

The cost of this Range Rover Sport Coupe conversion kit is a £150K, which is a lot, especially as they don’t offer any performance upgrade whatsoever. What they offer is a three-year warranty, but we can’t work out what for. After all, it’s just a body kit. They probably guarantee that the rear doors won’t grow back anytime soon!
