Here’s your chance to acquire one of the rarest cars in the world. It is a Maserati MC12 super car, a pretty rare beast in its own right with 50 units ever built. But it gets better, because this is the world’s one and only black Maserati MC12. And that makes it rather special.

Maserati MC12 is a Ferrari-Enzo based super car built by Maserati for GT racing. Because of the rules they had to build and sell at least 50 units to the public, which they did. 49 of those cars were finished in the Mc12 signature white and blue. Only this one was finished in black.

This black Maserati MC12 is a 2005 model, but has done only 1,322 miles, which is actually quite a lot, considering the car is not road-legal in California. It has been an eye candy most of its live though, and is therefore in pristine condition. The seller has not specified a price yet, but it will definitely have seven digits.

Powered by a 630 horsepower Ferrari V12 engine, the Maserati MC12 can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 330 km/h. The car’s forte is track racing, as it has many European GT championship titles to its name. The car’s not really practical for road use, as it is extremely wide and low, and has no rear window, or camera. It does have a removable top, though.
