Lexus has already showed us a couple of pre-production prototypes of the NX mid-size crossover, but during the 2014 Beijing Auto Show in the Chinese capital they unveil what’s the finalized, finished product; the one you will be able to buy towards the end of the year.

That is, of course, if you think you can live with that humongous spindle grille that adorns the front-end of the Lexus NX. Judging by the teaser pictures Lexus has released, the design of the production NX has barely changed over the LF-NX concept model. So big grille, weird headlights, and lots of aggressive lines on the sides are the main styling features of the car.

We know for a fact that Lexus NX will be getting the firm’s new 2.0 liter turbocharged four-pot. A prototype NX equipped with this engine was shown at last year’s Tokyo Motor Show. This being a Lexus, it is likely that a hybrid powertrain will be offered as well.

More details on the Lexus NX crossover will be released closer to the car’s debut in Beijing on 20 April.
