Changing the looks of a car with parts from a newer and more expensive model is a common practice… among the owners of small hatchbacks and Japanese sports cars. In Dubai, however, they give such treatments to Bugatti Veyrons!
The Bugatti Veyron you see here is a normal 16.4 model – Veyron 1.0, if you will – professionally face-lifted into a Veyron SuperSport. Apparently, the man badly wanted an SS but they are all sold out and he couldn’t find one second-hand, either.
It is not likely that he did this thing because of money issues, because if you can afford to spend $1 million on a normal Veyron, surely you’ll have no problem dishing out another million for an SS. What’s more, the cost this project – in parts alone – was probably more than the price difference between those two models.
Even though the lights on this car are telltale signs of its origins, the SuperSport kit installed on this Bugatti Veyron seems impeccable. The roof with air intakes, the iconic SS engine cover, and the signature tailpipes are all copied flawlessly. The green color adds to the uniqueness of this car.
