The first image of the 2015 Saleen Mustang has been revealed by the American firm. Saleen, apparently, is planning some serious changes for the new Ford Mustang, including a complete and thorough facelift for a bold new look.

For now they have only revealed the front end of the 2015 Saleen Mustang, and it shows a new hood, grille and bumper. The new bumper is a centerpiece of Saleen’s design with large intake and a splitter lip. It is complemented with a blacked out grille featuring horizontal bars, and an aggressive bonnet with a large opening, presumably for the blower system that is going to be installed on the engine.

Technical details of the 2015 Saleen Mustang are yet to be released, but if their previous cars are any indication, the new model will be offered in two different versions, one naturally-aspirated and one with a big supercharger. Needless to say they will both be based on the GT V8 variant.
