It seems that nobody likes a stock car anymore. People want accessories and styling kits to make their cars look unique, which is why almost all car makers now offer factory styling kits. Toyota’s in-house tuner TRD (Toyota Racing Development) has come up with such a kit for the new Lexus NX.

The new crossover is a hard car to modify visually, what with that big and ungainly grille and the weirdest headlights we’ve ever seen on a car. Still, they have managed to make the NX look sportier than what the F Sport package can pull off.

Lexus NX TRD gets a front chin spoiler that complements the design of the stock bumper and the fender flares, plus a rear diffuser which has a decidedly Japanese look to it and comes with extra tailpipes for good measure. A set of 19-inch wheels are also included in the package.

Lexus NX TRD is currently available in Japan for NX200t and NX300h hybrid. It is not cleare yet if they will also offer in markets overseas.
