Over the years we have seen a lot of crazy color combos in the world of tuning, and we can tell you the one that almost always works is blue and black. These colors together look showy enough to turn a lot of necks, but not so much that they become ghastly.

Here’s another blue and black car, only this time each shade is kind of unique in its own right, which make the end result one of a kind. The blue on this BMW X5 has a shiny metallic finish that is half way between chrome and candy and looks quite interesting under the sun. The black that’s features on those Vellano wheels, meanwhile, is matte.

Speaking of the wheels, they are 22-inch Vellano VM19 monoblocks in an interesting five-spoke design. The shiny color of the body would have made the wheels obscure if it weren’t for the high-end Brembo braking system on this BMW X5, featuring ventilated discs and yellow calipers. They make the wheels stand out and nicely complement the other colors on this vehicle.
