This fall GMC will spice up the Sierra lineup with a new special edition called Carbon. The truck comes in three different versions, all of them based on the Sierra 1500 model, featuring special exterior and interior appointments designed to make them more interesting to live with.

The first version is the GMC Sierra Carbon Edition ($33,075) standard which comes with black painted grille, carbon fiber graphics, and body-colored trim with other Carbon Edition variants, and also includes additional standard content including remote keyless entry, a 110-volt power outlet and light-emitting diode, or LED, cargo box lighting.

Next up is the Carbon 20 Edition ($38,275), offered only as a Sierra SLE double cab, incorporates the same painted grille and carbon fiber appearance accents as the Carbon Edition, and rides on distinctive 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels.

After that there is the GMC Sierra Carbon Edition 22 ($42,270) and it comes with carbon fiber appearance graphics including the bonnet stripes plus black painted grille, body-colored door handles and mirror caps, four-inch black tubular side assist steps and unique 22-inch black alloy wheels. Extra equipment include fog lamps, remote keyless start, Universal Home Remote, a 110-volt power outlet and dual-zone climate controls.

All carbon edition models are powered by the same 285 horsepower, 305 lb-ft of torque EcoTec V6 as standard, but a 355-horsepower, 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V-8 is also available.
