GMC has always been good at making handsome pickup trucks, and they still are, on the evidence of this latest special edition of the Sierra. It is called the Elevation edition and it offers an unrivaled “combination of style and content,” according to the manufacturer.
Styling-wise, the main features of GMC Sierra Elevation include body-colored grille surround, color-keyed door handles, mirror caps, side moldings and front and rear bumpers. These are in addition to premium headlamps with distinctive light-emitting diode, or LED, lighting, fog lamps, and black-painted 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels.
But as with most special editions, the Sierra Elevation also excels on the equipment front, boasting remote keyless entry, power mirrors, a 110-volt AC power outlet, and LED cargo box lighting, a 4.2-inch Intellilink color touchscreen audio system and Bluetooth phone connectivity, and GM’s coveted OnStar with 4G LTE Connectivity.
2015 GMC Sierra Elevation can be ordered with either a 285 horsepower 4.3 liter EcoTec3 V6 or a 355 horsepower 5.3 liter EcoTec3 V8.
