Following their ice cream truck, Kia unveils another “a day at the races” themed concept car for the 2014 SEMA show. This one is based on the new Sedona minivan which has been transformed into the ultimate kart hauler. It is also a tribute to Kia Racing Optimas.

This is actually a pretty good idea for professional karting drivers, as Kia Karting Sedona provides them with everything they would need for a day at the track, and lots more besides. The car comes with a custom-built kart rack with space for a CRG Bambino kart and a Fiamma F35 Pro Awning, and a custom-built aluminum trailer for a second kart.

Matching the livery on the racing Optimas, Kia Karting Sedona features a custom-built aluminum trailer and 20-inch powder-coated white wheels. 18-inch version of these wheels are found on the trailer.
