BMW Abu Dhabi is showing off yet another unique and exclusive model, but unlike the ones that went before, this one’s rather confusing. BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Pearl Edition appears to be upgraded with parts from a wide variety of suppliers.
BMWAD does not explain what makes the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Pearl Edition special, but one would imagine it is due to the car’s Pure Metal Silver color, or maybe those LED headlights. I mean LED diodes do kind of look like pearls, don’t they?
Also unique on this 6er is the front spoiler that comes from Alpina, while the carbon fiber rear spoiler is the sort you would get from the M Performance Parts. We have no idea who supplied those awful wheels, but they just fit the car.
Inside, BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe Pearl Edition features light brown leather pretty much everywhere, complemented with chocolate brown wood trims and aluminum accents. It also has an M6 steering wheel wrapped in two-tone leather. That could be the single coolest feature of this car.
The Peal Gran Coupe is based on a 650i model which means it is powered by 450 horsepower V8 engine. But before you say it makes the M6 look pointless, we would gladly pay the difference and get the M6 Gran Coupe’s awesome looks.
