The third and final member of MTM’s 2015 Geneva Motor Show lineup is a super hot drop-top based on the Audi S3 Cabrio. As is the case with the other two, MTM S8 and MTM RS6, MTM Audi S3 Cabrio features a near-stock exterior, but there is a fury under the bonnet.

At first, MTM Audi S3 Cabrio may look like a cutesy little open-top, but when you read the specs sheet you realize it’s like one of those Javelin missiles – small but lethally potent. It has the same 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine you find in the standard car, to which MTM has added an electronic power module, modified turbo, new air intakes and new exhausts with revised cat.

The result of those changes is a hugely impressive output of 426 PS and the peak torque of 530 Nm. The result of that, in turn, is 0-100 km/h in less than five seconds, and an electronically limited top speed of 270 km/h. You probably want to close the roof at the kind of speed, or you might lose all your hair!

The unique racing stripe and the large MTM wheels are the only signs on the outside that MTM Audi S3 Cabrio belongs to the premier league and not the third division. The same applies to the interior, apart from carbon fiber seat backs and a flat-bottomed carbon and leather steering wheel.
