BMW is really cranking up the publicity efforts for the i3 electric vehicle; something that could be read as a sing of unsatisfactory sales. So after teaming up with LAPD and giving them a BMW i3 patrol car, they are now hooking up with fashion gurus of Felder Felder.

German sisters Daniela and Annette Felder have decorated a BMW i3 in their ‘Florida Flamingo’ design for the London Fashion Week. The i3 will be part of a fleet of cars that will be hit the streets of London this friday going from show to show, showcasing the talent of the eco-conscious designers while keeping their carbon foot print at a steady zero. Well, apart form the CO2 that they will generate breathing, which again is not very much since they are skinny models.

“We are excited about the venue change, it keep things fresh and these cool electric cars can navigate around central London with ease. We’re so pleased we are able to connect VIPs to our show in an eco-friendly and stylish way . They will be able to enjoy a moment of peace in the craziness that is Fashion Week,” said the sisters. “As we spend a lot of time in Miami, we are naturally influenced by the way of life there. Miami has one of the biggest flocks of wild flamingos in the world. We wanted to bring some Miami sunshine to rainy London! “
