Jay Leno Tests Joe Rogan’s Corvette Stingray Restomod

Corvette Stingray Restomod JL 600x339 at Jay Leno Tests Joe Rogans Corvette Stingray Restomod

The latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage is a 30-minute film featuring a very special car. It’s a 1965 Corvette Stingray Restomod belonging to comedian and UFC commentator Joe Rogan. Unlike Jay who likes pretty much every kind of cars, Joe has a very unique taste and very specific ideas about what make a ride perfect.

That has led to the creation of this truly one-of-a-kind Corvette Stingray Restomod. Trying to combine the best of both worlds – that is the looks of a vintage Stingray with modern mechanicals – this car offers trouble free motoring in style. The byproduct of this process is an ungodly amount of driving pleasure:

The modifications on this Corvette are done by Steve Strope of Pure Vision based on Rogan’s personal specifications. You can’t call a car your own unless you have modified it from top to bottom to match your taste.
