In preparation for this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, Jeep has put together a couple of special edition models. One of them is the very purple Jeep Wrangler Backcountry, based on the Sahara model, equipped with some pretty nice off-road as well as luxury extras.

This cool shade of purple, called Xtreme Purple, is one of the five available colors for the Jeep Wrangler Backcountry. You also get Hydro Blue, Black, Bright White, and Granite Crystal. What’s more, the paint job is complemented with Backcountry decal on the front fender and rear quarter panel.

Other exterior highlights of the 2016 Jeep Wrangler Backcountry include unique off-road front and rear powder coated bumper, 17-inch Rubicon wheels painted in Mid-gloss Black and a black fuel fill door, plus a black hardtop which can also be ordered in body color.

Inside the cabin you get Piano Black vent rings, door handles and grab handles, vinyl-wrapped console lid and door armrests with Diesel Gray accent stitching, black McKinley leather seat bolsters with black sport mesh inserts, a nine-speaker premium Alpine sound system and all-weather slush mats.

The Wrangler Backcountry arrives in showrooms in late November, but there is no word on pricing yet.
