Yep, it happens to million dollar hyper cars, too. The magnificent Pagani Huayra La Monza Lisa, which is hands down the classiest version of Huayra anywhere in the world, has been involved in an accident in Miami Beach in which it lost a tire and suffered damage to its body panels.

The crash, reportedly, was the fault of an Uber driver who side swiped the Pagani Huayra La Monza Lisa as it was going down the highway with its owner Kris Singh behind the wheel. As mentioned, the Pagani lost a rear wheel along with its suspension components, and suffered minor body panel damage.

Mind you, minor damage when your body panels are made from the most exquisite kind of carbon fiber known to man is still quite massive. Repairing these panels is a specialist job which has to be done at the factory, and it’s going to be hugely expensive. We’re glad we don’t own the insurance company who has to pay the bill on this!

Luckily though, it was a light crash and nobody was hurt or in dire need of a car accident doctor. And Lisa is far from a wreck. We’ll probably see it back on the streets of Miami in no time.
