Even those who don’t like muscle cars as a concept cannot deny the sheer appeal of a 707 horsepower retro-looking car in a unique heritage paint job. We’re talking about this Plum Crazy Challenger Hellcat here, and if it looks like a toy to you, that is because it is.

The only way you can justify owning a purple 700-hp muscle car is if you look at it in light of a toy. You can use a Plum Crazy Challenger Hellcat everyday if you want to, but it’s not exactly efficient, and people will be pointing at you everywhere you go and whisper less than flattering things about you to each other.

Plum Crazy, in case you don’t know, is what Chrysler call their unique shade of purple which dates back to the Seventies. On this car the purple is complemented with black wheels, black aero parts, and some yellow accents which seem like an afterthought, really. And if you don’t know what the Hellcat part represents, well, it’s the most powerful version of the Challenger with a 707 horsepower 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine.
