You wouldn’t normally want to go Japanese for tuning your Audi, especially a super car like the R8. Weirdly though, you may want to try it when it’s a combination of Japanese tuning with Thai flavor! That’s what we have here with this Rowen Audi R8 built by Thai tuner Redline Auto.

You might be familiar with Rowen Audi R8 styling kit as we have featured it here before. Thing is, Rowen’s own take on this car tends to be overly complicated and rather ostentatious, what with all the extra bits they put on it and all the stickers and stripes and LEDs they garnish the whole thing with.

Redline’s Rowen Audi R8 is sort of like a diet version, distilled to its essence, boasting only that which it really needs with no extra nonsense. So you get a front spoiler lip – a pretty sizable one, it has to be said – a pair of chunky side skirts, a sporty rear diffuser and want of the coolest rear wings we’ve seen on any car ever.

That is about it really, apart form a set of aftermarket wheels in gloss black to complement the sheer whiteness of the vehicle. And it couldn’t have looked better. This kit is also available for the R8 Spyder, but you have to wait a bit longer if you want it on the new facelift R8.
