2016 Goodwood FoS Highlights: Ferrari

Ferrari is probably the only car maker in the world that doesn’t have to make an effort to attract attention at any of the shows and events they take part in. It is the fans and customers who do the bulk of the work, like bringing out their one-offs and special editions. That was the case with Ferrari’s lineup at the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

On the very top of the list of Ferrari attractions at this year’s Goodwood FoS we had the magnificent Ferrari 458 MM one-off which managed to steal the thunder of pretty much everything, including Fezza’s own F12tdfs and FXX Ks. This car was commissioned by a UK collector who fancied something a bit more special than a standard 458 Speciale.

The MM took to Goodwood Hill like a boss, accompanied by a huge number of other Ferraris including all the members of the Corse Clienti range: 488 GT3, FXX EVO, 599XX EVO and FXX K, as well as a 2009 Scuderia Ferrari F1 car driven by Marc Gene. But it wasn’t all about racing, as a couple of road cars – California T Handling Speciale and the 488 Spider – also got the chance to perform in the moving motor show. As usual, Ferrari’s classic department had a strong presence as well.
