These days car makers like Porsche and Lamborghini and BMW offer such a wide variety of amazing colors that customers have come to expect this from all manufacturers. Mercedes-Benz has not been really active in this aspect, at least not for all models. But things might be changing on the evidence of this superb Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe.

Spotted in Marbella, Spain, this amazing looking Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe is rocking a special order dark maroon, sort of eggplant brown paint job that is not part of Mercedes’ standard palette. What we particularly like about this color is that while it is clearly eye catching and sexy, it manages to remain as dignified as you’d expect from a Mercedes color. And it suits the design of the S-Coupe really well.

Besides ordering the cool paint job, while at the AMG Studio the owner of this Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe has gone for some special interior options as well. While we’re not digging the cream color of the leather, we absolutely love that AMG sport steering wheel with heavy side bolstering and a flat bottom. The designo trim is also hella amazing. If we’d specced this car, we’d probably go for black wheels and dark chrome trims. But that’s just us.
