It has been rather quite at Mansory headquarters lately with no new model ready for release and no motor shows to get ready for. Turns out the tuner is using its free time to improve on their existing works such as Mansory Mercedes AMG GT which they have equipped with a HUGE rear wing.

Well, we say improve but really that wing doe nothing but ruin an otherwise classy exotic car. Mansory Mercedes AMG GT was first unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show and they later gave us a look at a number of different variants of it. This latest change though, we’re not sure it’s a move in the right direction. Fortunately, Mansory says this wing is a “one-of-a-kind” treatment and hopefully it won’t be repeated ever again.

The all-consuming rear wing on this Mansory Mercedes AMG GT has a maroon red carbon fiber finish like the rest of the aero kit which includes a revised rear diffuser and front spoiler lip complete with bumper inserts. The flared arches, the vented hood, the extended sills and the rest of the body are matte-finished black carbon, complemented with a set of 21 inch “7spoke” Mansory wheels.

This car also features a power kit, developed by Mansory themselves, which boosts the output of the 4.0 liter AMG V8 from 510 to 730 horsepower. That means it now takes this GT just 3.4 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h. Flat out, it can do 330 km/h.
