For the three people who have bought the Audi S8 over a Mercedes S63 or Maserati Quattroporte, ABT Sportsline has come up with a performance package with so much power, it makes you forget about the dull looks of the car. ABT Audi S8 Plus packs a massive 735 horsepower output with 920 Nm of torque.

Those figures are up from 605 hp and 700 Nm, a remarkable gain achieved through a mix of software tweakery, exhaust modification and adjusting on the turbos on the 4.0 liter TFSI V8 engine. But if that’s too rich for your blood, ABT has packages for weaker versions of the S8 with 675, 640, and 705 horsepower. The most powerful, 735 hp ABT Audi S8 Plus is capable of reaching 320 km/h, now that speed limited has been removed.

Other highlights of the ABT Audi S8 Plus which contribute to the performance of the car while making it more appealing as a package include ABT Level Control System which lowers the sedan by 20 mm on both axles, stainless-steel ABT exhaust system with four 89 mm tailpipes, and fender inserts and integrated door entrance lights with the ABT logos. These are topped off by a set of ABT’s weight-optimized sport wheels of DR or FR series in 20 and 21 inch, or the “extravagant” FR series in 22 inch.
