For Charity: Jaguar F-Pace Designer Edition

at For Charity: Jaguar F Pace Designer Edition

Usually when a car is named ‘Designer Edition’ it means the manufacturer has teamed up with some fancy fashion brand to rid you of more of your money. This time though, with the Jaguar F-Pace Designer Edition, they have focused their efforts towards a nobler end.

Personally specified by the legendary designer Ian Callum, the Jaguar F-Pace Designer Edition was created as a one-off special edition to benefit the annual charitable Ben Ball. And it did so beautifully, raising the very respectable sum of £102,500.

The gentleman, or woman, bidding on the Jaguar F-Pace Designer Edition now receives a ‘director’s cut’ version of the SUV featuring Storm Grey paint, the Black Pack exterior trim, Ebony Taurus leather with Light Oyster stitching and 22-inch Double Helix alloy wheels, none of which is available to order for the regular F-Pace. This car will certainly hold its value too, thanks to a one-off Owner’s Portfolio delivered with the car that certifies it as a designer edition model includes a bespoke sketch drawn and signed by Callum himself.

Callum, Jaguar Director of Design, said: “The F-PACE was a real pleasure to design, and the result is something we are incredibly proud of, but this ‘Designer Edition’ is in essence my ultimate F-PACE. You’ve got this wonderful positioning of the Storm Grey paint against the details of the Black Pack, complete with those wonderful 22-inch wheels that look like they’re taking the car forwards, even at a standstill.”
