Vans are not usually associated with glamorous events such as Cannes Film Festival, but that didn’t stop Renault from trying. The event marks the debut of the new Renault TRAFIC SpaceClass, a nine-seat van with innovative features which serves as transportation for customers and VIPs at Cannes.

Renault, of course, has always been good at making people carriers. They have the Espace which practically invented the whole segment. But Renault TRAFIC SpaceClass, they claim, is a whole new chapter in the history of such vehicles. It’s all about the interior space, where as mentioned you can fit up to nine adults. How they seat and where they seat is entirely up to them, since the TRAFIC has a modular design of the seats on rails in rows two and three which enables over 50 different configurations. Didn’t know there were that many.
