Buick has announced the official MSRP on their Opel Insignia-based mid-size sedan, the Regal, as the car’s production is about to start in Russelsheim, Germany, with vehicles expected to start arriving at dealerships in Q2 2010. Buick Regal comes with only one CXL trim level and starts at $26,995, including destination charge.
