MWDesign has come up with a fancy tuning package for the E89 BMW Z4 whit an even fancier name, the Slingshot! They’ve used different parts from different tuners to style the car, but added their own nice touches, such as the lime green vinyl accents. The Z4 Slingshot also receives upgrades in terms of performance and handling.

The front of the car has been garnished with an AC Schnitzer front addon spoiler, while the rear gets a carbon diffuser and wing from 3D Carbon. So what MW does is painting some of those parts in green! But the whole package looks quite classy and cool, specially with those 20-inch black Modulare wheels.

The performance of this hot roadster is improved by using a new ECU, quad exhaust system, and high performance intercooler and air intakes. The result is 400hp and 420lb.ft torque. Meanwhile proper handling is provided thanks to a mixture of Eibach and H&R suspension components, and optimal grip with Toyo tires.

MWDesign is about to release their upgrade package for the magnificent Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Apparently, they have been quit serious about this project as they have firstly made a virtual digital concept model of it for tests! MW’s Vantage features some visual tweaked which help with the aerodynamics, and also packs more power. They have also came up with a good name for it: the Helvellyn Frost!

The car is equipped with adjustable H&R to manage the proper height of the vehicle and M14 (Modulare-MWDesign colaboration) forged wheels wrapped in high performance tires Michelin Pilot Sport PS2’ 255/35/20 in the front and 285/25/20 in the rear.

The MWDesign V8 Vantage powerkit includes race exhaust system, high flow 200 cell catalysts and engine software retune. This powerkit boosts the engine to 445hp. One of the typical characters of this car is the sound coming from the mighty handbuilt V8 engine. Last the small details had to be addressed. To match the color theme’s contrast and the matte black wheels, matte black was applied to the side vents, front grill, window trims and trunk lip area.

Here’s another proof that unknown tuners with simple ideas and less messing around can be much better than all those big names in business who like to ruin every part of the car for no obvious reason! This is the MW M3 Darth Maul by Canadian tuner MWDesign and apart from the stupid name, it’s the coolest M3 job done so far. A bit too flash, but cool! Just look at these press pictures they’ve sent out!

It is the stage 1 of their tuning program for the E92 M3 which is solely a carbon fiber bodykit. The new ‘Amuse Ericsson’ front bumper with those huge air intakes and orange highlights looks outrageous and so do side vents! Side skirts, aerodynamic mirrors and rear spoiler and diffuser  are other touches all made of carbon fiber. Add to that smoked tail lights and big black 20 inch wheels and with these basic stuffs and nothing else you have one good looking ride! And because it is basic it won’t be awfully expensive like a Hamann or Harte or G-power car which are typically horrible as well. We are very fond of these sorta tunings! Well done MWdesign.

The stage 2 of Darth Maul will probably be the engine upgrade, so that’s something to look forward to.
